Thanks for blogging on this. I started installing two weeks ago but I ran into some snags. Now I have a guide to go by just in time for me to start from scratch
Hi Atul,
Requested several times regarding Oracle Apps 12.1.1.0.0 installaion on Windows 2003 but could not get response hope I will get support this time..tried to installation but step 3of5 showing error e.g.

Can you pls let me know whats the error this is the third times I am getting error…really Irritation.
I got same with but diff
e.g
‘cl’ is not available.
or
‘which’ is not available.
but which is available in cygwin and cl is in VC++…
Hope I will get solution.
