11g Database Installation failed with “File not found .. WFMLRSVCApp.ear”

If you are installing 11g database and hit error “File not found… WFMLRSVCApp.ear” ensure that you have downloaded two disks (for software) and both disks are unzipped in same folder.

1)how to see number of form sessions are open from linux(O.S)level in oracle APPS DBA.
2)if we put the database in BEGIN BACKUP mode,S.C.N is freezed in datafile.if one user is updated emp table and issued COMMIT.NOW WHAT HE GET IF HE ISSUED ‘SELECT * FROM EMP’.
3) WHY MININUM 2 REDO GROUPS ARE MANDATORY IN DATABASE.WHY NOT ONE.

Hello!

I have Oracle Linux 4.8 . Oracle 11gR2
I have installed oracle and try to create database.

When I start ./dbca I have following error
