Oracle Business Intelligence is only supported on Windows XP x86, Windows 2003 x86, Windows 2003 AMD64, Windows 2003 EM64T, Windows Vista x86, Windows Vista AMD64, Windows Vista EM64T, and Windows 2000 x86.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/obiee_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/obiee_1.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0______________<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Workaround <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can by pass this error by changing compatibility mode on &#8220;<strong>setup.exe<\/strong>&#8221; to <strong>Windows XP<\/strong> as shown in screenshot below<\/p>\n<p><strong>a)<\/strong> Right Click on <strong>setup.exe<\/strong> and click <strong>properties<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>b)<\/strong> Select tab &#8220;<strong>Compatibility<\/strong>&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong>c)<\/strong> Select checkbox &#8220;<strong>Run This Program in Compatibilty Mode for<\/strong>&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong>d)<\/strong> Click OK<br \/>\n<strong>e)<\/strong> Install OBIEE on <strong>Windows 7<\/strong> by double clicking on <strong>setup.exe<\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/obiee_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\"
