So it is not much helpful.<\/p>\n<p>I logged into OIDDAS console and\u00a0 can see user existing (and groups associate to that user) as expected. There I noticed that the user is locked.<\/p>\n<p>I unlocked the user by clicking Unlock button in Directory tab of that specific user.
