Documentation on Integration of\u00a0Oracle SOA Suite (10.1.3.X)\u00a0with Oracle Single Sign-On Server (10.1.2.0.2 or 10.1.4) is very\u00a0thin so I decided to share my experience with Integration.<\/p>\n

This post covers overview of Oracle SSO Integration with SOA Suite for step by step configuration guide, stay tuned to this site.<\/p>\n

Oracle SOA Suite<\/strong> consist of\u00a0 —
\nBPEL<\/strong> – Business Process Execution Language\u00a0
\nESB\u00a0<\/strong> – Enterprise Service Bus
\nOWSM<\/strong> – Oracle Web Services Manager
\nBAM<\/strong> – Business Activity Monitoring<\/p>\n

and Oracle SSO<\/strong>is part of Oracle Application Server (for version upto 10.1.2.0.2)\u00a0or Oracle Identity Management (for version 10.1.4.X)<\/p>\n

Integration Options
\n—————————-
\n<\/strong>There are two options to configure SSO with SOA Suite\u00a0 (You can use only one of them)
\na) Java SSO (Alternative to Oracle SSO, If you don’t have OID & SSO)
\nb) Oracle SSO (Configure SOA with Oracle SSO & OID)<\/p>\n

SSO SOA Integration Step
\n<\/strong>———————————-<\/p>\n

1. Install SOA Suite (10.1.3)
\n2. Install OID & SSO (10.1.4.0.1)
\n3. Associate OID with home OC4J Instance – Document link at bottom of this post
\n–3.1 Use ASConsole OC4J Home page\u00a0 (Key file for association is jazn.xml, For multiple OC4J like SOA Suite copy )
\n4. Accounts creation in OID for OC4J (This step is done automatically during OC4J Association with OID)
\n5. Configure SSO
\n–5.1 Run SSO registration script\u00a0 (This should create osso.conf file)
\n–5.2 Transfer osso.conf to OC4J Instance
\n–5.3 run osso1013 Script
\n–5.4 Sych OAS JAAS provider User Context with Servlet Session
\n–5.5 Restart OC4J & HTTP Server\u00a0<\/p>\n
