{"id":6188,"date":"2013-09-10T16:05:22","date_gmt":"2013-09-10T20:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/?p=6188"},"modified":"2013-09-10T16:07:21","modified_gmt":"2013-09-10T20:07:21","slug":"oia-oim-integration-user-not-synced-from-oim-to-oia-ora-20003-account-id-property-is-not-defined-oim_pkg_oia_integration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/index.php\/2013\/09\/10\/oia-oim-integration-user-not-synced-from-oim-to-oia-ora-20003-account-id-property-is-not-defined-oim_pkg_oia_integration\/","title":{"rendered":"OIA-OIM Integration : Users not sync&#8217;d from OIM to OIA : ORA-20003: Account ID property is not defined OIM_PKG_OIA_INTEGRATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you have integrated <strong>Oracle Identity Manager<\/strong> (OIM) with<strong> Oracle Identity Analytics<\/strong> (OIA) as mentioned <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/index.php\/2012\/10\/24\/oim-oia-integration-update-process-form-parent-child-in-oim-oiaparentattribute-accountname-entitlement-itresource\/\">here<\/a><\/strong> and hitting problem with <strong>User Sync \u00a0from OIM to OIA<\/strong> then check my previous post <a href=\"https:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/index.php\/2013\/04\/25\/oim-to-oia-sync-import-job-failed-oia_staging_accounts-oim_pkg_oia_integration\/\">here<\/a>\u00a0to troubleshoot and log location.<\/p>\n<p>In order to Synchronize users from OIM to OIA , you run Import Job &#8220;<strong>Import Users, Accounts, User Role Memberships and Entitlements<\/strong>&#8221; in OIA.<\/p>\n<p>I encountered same issue again recently (check steps on how to troubleshoot <a href=\"https:\/\/onlineappsdba.com\/index.php\/2013\/04\/25\/oim-to-oia-sync-import-job-failed-oia_staging_accounts-oim_pkg_oia_integration\/\">here<\/a>\u00a0) but this time error in <strong>OIM out log<\/strong> (no issues reported in OIA logs) is<\/p>\n<p>___<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&lt;03-Sep-2013 13:57:16 o&#8217;clock UTC&gt; &lt;Error&gt; &lt;XELLERATE.SERVER&gt; &lt;BEA-000000&gt; &lt;SQLException occured while performing data collection for the session urn:uuid:587448AFB91F160 DCE1378303023 1643994 java.sql. SQLException: <strong>ORA-20003: Account ID property is not defined<\/strong> <strong>ORA-06512: at &#8220;DEV.OIM_PKG_OIA_INTEGRATION&#8221;<\/strong>, line 1392 ORA-06512: at line 1<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:457)<br \/>\nat oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:405)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>____<\/p>\n<p>If you hit error like above &#8220;<strong>ORA-20003: Account ID property is not defined<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ORA-06512<\/strong>&#8221; in OIM logs at time of <strong>Import Job<\/strong> then ensure that for all <strong>Target Applications<\/strong> integrated with OIM (like Active Directory, or Exchange, or Oracle E-Business Suite), <strong>Parent Process Form<\/strong> and <strong>Child Process Form<\/strong> are updated like below<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For <strong>child process form<\/strong> related to Target Application, create new version and add two property\u00a0<strong>Entitlement=true<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>OIAParentAttribute=true<\/strong>\u00a0(ensure to make new version of child process form <strong>ACTIVE<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>For p<strong>arent process form<\/strong>\u00a0related to Target Application,\u00a0create new version and add property\u00a0<strong>ITResource=true<\/strong>\u00a0for<strong>\u00a0(ITResourceLookupField)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>AccountName=true<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong>User ID (TextField)<\/strong>\u00a0(ensure to make new version of parent process form ACTIVE)<\/li>\n<li>Verify that\u00a0<strong>Parent<\/strong>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<strong>Child Process Forms<\/strong>\u00a0are latest updated version and are ACTIVE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information on what to update in OIM process form check\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/docs.oracle.com\/cd\/E24179_01\/doc.1111\/e23377\/integratingwithoimpreferred.htm#BABJBBDI\">OIA-OIM integration guide<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Root Cause &amp; Fix<\/strong><\/span>: In my case , additional <strong>Target Application<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>Microsoft Exchange<\/strong>) was added to OIM and users were provisioned to this target application via OIM however In <strong>Parent <\/strong>(<strong>UD_EXCHANGE<\/strong>) &amp; <strong>Child <\/strong>(<strong>UD_EX_CH<\/strong>)<strong> Proces<\/strong>s<strong> Form<\/strong> of Target Application (in OIM), additional property was not added .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you have integrated Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) with Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) as
