This post is from our demo environment to configure\u00a0Segregation of Duties<\/strong>\u00a0(SoD) in Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12) using\u00a0GRC\/OAACG\/OIM<\/strong>.\u00a0Contact Us<\/a>\u00a0if you are interested in demo of GRC\/OAACG\/OIM\/EBS integration for SoD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I discussed about\u00a0Oracle EBS<\/strong>\u00a0(R12\/11i)\u00a0integration with Oracle Identity Manager<\/strong>(OIM)\u00a0here<\/a>, and\u00a0two type of connectors<\/strong>\u00a0available for EBS integration are<\/p>\n

a) EBS UM Connector<\/strong>\u00a0: User Management to provisioning Accounts in EBS (FND_USER<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

b) EBS ER Connector<\/strong>\u00a0: Employee Reconciliation to create users in OIM from EBS EMployee record (PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Before EBS Responsibility<\/strong> (treated as entitlement in OIM<\/span>) can be provisioned via OIM, these responsibility must be visible in OIM as lookup. Schedule Job lookup of EBS Responsibility<\/strong>\u00a0fethches these responsibility from EBS and store them as lookup in OIM.\u00a0In this post I am going to share an issue I encountered in\u00a0EBS-UM<\/strong>\u00a0connector while running schedule job \u00a0lookup of EBS Responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
