I agree with you atul, there is no point in copying the entire content of your site & pasting it somewhere for their own individual benefit.

But at the same time we would see similar blogs maintaining similar topics on their own ..which should be fine as long as they put their own original contents.

btw: I tried http://ebsdba.blog.com/ & its not going thru it seems.

I would love to see different people writing on apps or any other oracle topics , one can write references or two three lines from others posts but copying other’s entire page word to word is somthing not ethical .

sorry thats not easy to read, but they show that the netblock is owned from Portugal.

Ypu can try sending emails to the abuse departments of both of these BUT the best thing to do is to understand why he is doing it. The only purpose of this site is to make money from the google ads. He has only one page in the google index – try “site:ebsdba.blog.com” in google.com. He has google ads on the page. report the abuse to google – http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html and to adsense – see – https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=18386 for details. Google will take this seriously and act. Even if the ISP doenst close him down his site is useless if he has no google ads and if its not in googles index!!
