[Recap] Day 4 Scrum Events [Scrum Master Certification]

✔️ Sprint Planning initiates the Sprint by laying out the work 🧩 to be performed for the Sprint. This resulting plan is created by the collaborative work of the entire Scrum Team. 🏢
✔️ Why is this Sprint valuable?
✔️ What can be done this Sprint?
✔️ How will the chosen work get done?
✔️ Daily Scrum is to inspect 👥 progress toward the Sprint Goal and adapt the Sprint Backlog as necessary, adjusting the upcoming planned work.
✔️ The acronym MoSCoW represents four categories of initiatives: must-have, should-have, could-have, and won’t-have, or will not have right now. Some companies also use the “W” in MoSCoW to mean “wish.”
