BPEL process manager 10.1.3.5 is integrated with Oracle Single Sign-on 10.1.4.3. The BPEL application was working fine until sometime ago and all of a sudden when we attempt to login to BPEL worklist, it is throwing the below error.
Internal Error in Verification Service for user <user>.getRoleBasedGroupActions.
If you need more information, please check with your administrator with the following exception-identifier: “2010/10/01_04:08:16:797_ <user>”
Some links in metalink mentioned that it is a bug in 10.1.3.1 and mentioned to upgrade it to 10.1.3.5. So it is not much helpful.
I logged into OIDDAS console and can see user existing (and groups associate to that user) as expected. There I noticed that the user is locked.
I unlocked the user by clicking Unlock button in Directory tab of that specific user. When I tried logging into BPEL worklist, it worked like a charm!
