Over next few days I am going to cover Oracle’s Siebel CRM (OCH/UCM) 8.1.1.10 installation on Linux . In this post I am going to cover software media that you must download to install Siebel CRM 8.1.1.10
Software for Siebel CRM can be downloaded from eDelivery
1. Create two folders 8.1.1.0 (download 8.1.1.0 software in this folder) & 8.1.1.10 (download 8.1.1.10 software in this folder)
2. Download below zip files in folder 8.1.1.0

3. Download below zip files in 8.1.1.10

4. Unzip all the zip files
